Chef Eddie Elsasser received his culinary degree from Johnson and Wales University in Rhode Island with academic honors. He is a member of The National Restaurant Association (ServSafe®), The Chef Alliance, The American Culinary Federation, and The Johnson and Wales Alumni Chapter.
Our menu features a variety of unique dishes, including Mama Jeanne's famous mac and cheese (a family secret!) and the gourmet specialties prepared by her son, Professional Chef Eddie Elsasser.

For over 25 years, Chef Eddie has brought his culinary skills to individuals and families as well as to prestigious resorts, including the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida; South Seas Plantation on Captiva Island, Florida; and others.
"I have been able to work closely with my clients and learn for myself what they want and need of me. My goal is to bring them the highest standards, providing them with quality of excellence and experience that go above and beyond their expectations in their homes and lives. I have provided service to clients in many levels of life, and my portfolio includes many small and large families as well as a few sports celebrities and notables in the music industry and corporate law firms. Because of the love I have for cooking and serving, I will continue cooking for, providing for, and serving at the same level of excellence and quality, and to those that are in need."
